Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

ReUp Advisory, LLC, doing business as ReUp Benefits (“ReUp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a PEO brokerage based in New York. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit reupbenefits.com (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a renewal audit or quote, book a call, or email us, you may provide your name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, number of employees, current PEO and renewal date, and anything else you choose to include in a message. If you send us a renewal document or contract for review, we also receive whatever it contains.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from third parties. If you book time through a scheduling tool or contact us through a platform such as LinkedIn, we receive the details you provide there.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you request, such as benchmarking a PEO renewal or comparing PEO options;
  • prepare quotes and proposals and, with your permission, share your details with PEOs so they can quote;
  • send follow-up messages about your request;
  • send marketing emails about our services, where you have not opted out;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
  • meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, including Shopify (website hosting and form handling), email and scheduling tools, customer relationship management software, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • PEOs and insurance carriers, but only when you ask us to obtain a quote or proposal from them, and only the information needed for that purpose.
  • Professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities or other parties where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor, if ReUp is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets. We would require the successor to honor this policy.

4. Shopify

This Site is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes the data submitted through the Site on our behalf and may collect certain technical data directly, as described in the Shopify Privacy Policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy. Information you submit through our forms is stored in our Shopify account and in the tools connected to it.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the performance of our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the Site work. Some browsers also offer a “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal; where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including providing our services, meeting legal and accounting requirements, and resolving disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or health information through the Site’s contact forms. If a renewal review requires sensitive documents, we will arrange a secure way to share them.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, to receive a copy of your data, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites, including PEO and carrier sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page.
